Come celebrate you, dress to feel your best, don your glitziest glam wear (or don’t) and come move and sweat through it. The happiest dance cardio you’ll ever do.
This hour-long class will consist of a grounding warm-up, flowy dance steps, fiery dance combos, and fluid choreography, followed by a delicious cool-down and stretch.
