My name is Nandini Natasha Austin. I am a Certified Ayurveda teacher, Wellness Consultant, and Creator of Global Dance Fusion




My mission is to inspire you to Revel in the moment and empower you to eat, drink and move intuitively, consciously, and sustainably while celebrating a vibrant healthy life.

No matter how unbalanced we may feel, I believe that when we return to a more mindful way of living and remember our health is intrinsically linked to the well-being of the planet, we can ultimately evolve as spiritual beings and can truly live a life in balance.

I offer Ayurveda Coaching with a custom 360 Degree approach to health. Together we work on diet, lifestyle tweaks, spiritual practices, mindful eating, conscious cooking, exercise, body care, breath, movement, and meditation. 

I also offer Global Dance Fusion classes to ignite your Body, Mind and Spirit.
