Ayurveda is an Indian Holistic healthcare system and wisdom that is over 5000 years old. Ayurveda translates to the ‘Science of Life’ in Sanskrit and when practiced correctly over time, can help you live a life in balance, full of vitality. Ayurveda is the sister science to Yoga which acknowledges that the mind body and spirit are connected.  Unlike western medicine, it is about prevention rather than cure.Ayurveda regards good health as the result of harmonious inner balance.
