My passion runs deep for helping women tap into their true essence, find their unique rhythm, and remember what makes them flow.

Using Ayurvedic wisdom I believe everyone can maximize their health and vibrancy at any age
and regardless of their health history. I am every woman (Chaka Khan) and I can relate and coach you how to with a balanced diet, and effective yet fun movement for the mind, body, and soul. Together we will embrace the outdoors and a positive outlook and learn how to stay younger
for longer, inside and out. Live life in balance and to your highest potential.
