Meet Nandini

Your  Ayurveda Embodiment Guide, Host & Storyteller

With two decades in the Corporate World—in several  leadership roles,—I once struggled to find the very balance I now teach. I understand the boardroom politics, the late nights, early flights, and the relentless pace. Today, I blend luxury hospitality with Vedic philosophy, nutrition guidance, and Ayurvedic consultations to help groups move from sustained stress to joyful vitality.

About Nandini

Nandini brings a richly multicultural perspective to her work in Ayurveda, movement, and embodied wellness. Born in London, she was immersed from an early age in ancient wisdom—studying Vedic philosophy and Ayurveda under the guidance of her father, a renowned Hindu priest, while performing semi-classical Kathak on London stages.  Her' love of wholesome, vibrant food was shaped by summers on the paradise island of Mauritius and by her grandmother, who lived an Ayurvedic lifestyle to 96.

At the same time, she was very much a child of the modern world—dancing to ’80s music on playgrounds and growing up between London, and Mauritius. This duality of tradition and contemporary culture shapes everything she does, informing an approach to Ayurveda and dance that is both deeply rooted and vibrantly alive.

All here experiences shaped her philosophy that wellness is joyful, lived, and rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern life.

Today, Nandini channels this rich, multicultural performance background into her work as an Ayurvedic health coach and embodiment guide, creating transformative wellness experiences, retreats, and movement practices for individuals and organizations.
