Meet Nandini

Your  Ayurveda Embodiment Guide, Host & Storyteller

With two decades in the Corporate World in several  leadership roles, I once struggled to find the very balance I now teach. I understand the boardroom politics, the late nights, early flights, and the relentless pace. Today, I blend luxury hospitality with Vedic philosophy, nutrition guidance, and Ayurvedic consultations to help groups move from sustained stress to joyful vitality.

Nandini A Woman Who Bestows Joy - Yes really the Sanskrit Meaning

Born in London and raised between London and Mauritius, Nandini grew up at the intersection of tradition and pop culture dancing to ’80s hits on London playgrounds while training in semi-classical Kathak on London stages, and dancing African Dance Sega on the beaches of Mauritius,

The daughter of a renowned Hindu priest, she was immersed in Vedic philosophy from an early age. Summers in Mauritius, her grandmother’s Ayurvedic way of life, and a deep love of vibrant, wholesome food shaped her connection to Ayurveda.

Today, she brings those worlds together through Ayurveda, dance, food and culture  making ancient wisdom feel joyful, modern and alive.

For Nandini, healthy living isn’t about deprivation.

It’s about feeling good, moving freely, eating vibrantly and reveling in the moment
