I believe that 'Ayurveda and Dance' were written in my Kismet, (destiny) and foretold in my Dharma, (the cosmic law) Why you may ask? Well, are you sitting comfortably? then let me begin
"Eating well, personal health, and cooking have been passions of mine for many years. But it was not always that way.. I was also an obese child who struggled with my weight and self-image. I watched many loved ones around me suffer from health-related issues like diabetes, hypertension".
I grew up in the 1970s in Northwest London, England to wonderful Mauritian academic parents and was ingrained into Hinduism from an early age. My late father Gaya Matabudul, was a Hindu Pandit,( priest) and a pillar of the Mauritian community so every weekend as a nod to my Indian roots every Saturday I attended Kathak dance classes.
