Join the house party your body knows you need. Sizzle, Sparkle, Swivel, and Shine!
The happiest cardio you’ll ever do.
This hour-long class will consist of a warm-up, dance steps, combos, and choreography, followed by a cool-down and stretch.
Wear sneakers, bare feet, socks, or dance shoes; anything goes. All levels are welcome.

Embodied Dance
Nandini was forming dance groups on school playgrounds, grooving to ’80s music and dancing semi-classical Kathak— in temples and studying Vedic philosophy under the guidance of her father, a renowned Hindu priest, discovering early on that movement is powerful medicine.
Nandini believes in the power of movement to express your emotions, unlock energy and elevate the spirit. Through movement, storytelling, and embodied teaching, she helps people experience wellbeing as sensual and joyful—an invitation to live deliciously, breathe deeply, and celebrate the art of being alive.
