Read on below where I share a couple of simple tips, recipes, and a fun June event to glide you into the next season with ease.

  1. Get your Digestive juices flowing with Dance    At this time its good to keeping a close eye on your internal digestive fire known as 'Agni.'in Ayurveda If you keep your digestion strong, you more likely to feel balanced, full of energy, movement, and growth. But if your inner Fire is unbalanced, you’ll see the effects in your energy levels and emotional state; you may have trouble sleeping and feel agitated or stressed.

Ayurveda equates good health with strong digestion and a positive mental outlook. So what better way than to get those digestive fires burning than to Dance? And did you know that Dance burns more calories than running, swimming, or cycling? Let me say that again, yes Dance burns more calories than running, swimming or cycling! Yep, do the research and you will see I speak the truth. And As the days get longer, you probably start to feel yourself getting more energy and the warm sun and fresh air will make. you want to get get moving.

If you want to get in a workout, focus on cardio to make your heart stronger and promote circulation And if you're looking for a workout that feels more like fun than exercise then why not try some Dance Cardio in the form of Global Dance Fusion.

2. Try some Kickass Kitcheri

Some of you may have heard of Kitcheri, a simple yet powerful dish which detoxifies your digestive system. In India was often prescribed in lieu of medicine to give your internal system a good cleanse! The main ingredients are rice and Moong Dhal and it has plenty of fiber, which not only improves the absorption of nutrients but leaves you feeling fuller for longer.
